The Commercial Director, SEA will lead the P&L, sales strategy and execution within the medical device industry. In this role, you'll drive market growth across Southeast Asia, strengthen client relationships, and spearhead strategic initiatives to expand our regional presence.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organisation objectives in the SEA region
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
  • Evaluate and manage business performance to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
  • Identify market trends and competitor activity to recommend changes in products, service, and policy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate customer satisfaction and retention
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and oversee the sales forecasting activities
  • Mentor, motivate, and empower a sales team to achieve business objectives
  • Participate in trade shows and conventions related to the Medical Device industry

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in sales leadership and P&L management within the medical device industry, with a strong focus on the critical care business
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship building skills
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics in the SEA region
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
