The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining FileNet infrastructure on containerized environments while ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and manage IBM FileNet P8 infrastructure on Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).
  • Implement containerized FileNet components using Kubernetes, Helm charts, and Docker.
  • Configure and optimize Content Platform Engine (CPE), IBM Content Navigator (ICN), and Case Manager on AKS.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automating FileNet deployments on Kubernetes.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery of FileNet environments on Azure.
  • Integrate FileNet with Azure services such as Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Key Vault, and App Gateway.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize FileNet performance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Prometheus/Grafana.
  • Implement security best practices, including RBAC, network policies, and encryption for FileNet on AKS.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and migrations while minimizing downtime.
  • Work closely with development and DevOps teams to align FileNet infrastructure with business and IT requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure configurations, deployment processes, and operational procedures.



The Successful Applicant

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Atleast 10 years of experience in IBM FileNet P8 infrastructure management.
  • Worked on deploying and managing FileNet on Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).
  • Worked on Kubernetes (K8s), Helm, Docker, and container orchestration.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault, App Gateway, Azure AD).
  • Proficiency in Linux administration, networking, and security configurations for containerized environments.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) for automated deployments.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, ELK Stack) for performance tuning and troubleshooting.
  • Worked on WebSphere for FileNet application hosting.
  • Experience with Singapore Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) implementation.
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation.
  • Understanding of disaster recovery (DR) and backup strategies for FileNet on AKS.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and ability to work in an Agile/DevOps environment.
  • Certified System Administrator - FileNet P8 is good to have.
  • Experience in hybrid cloud FileNet deployments (on-prem & Azure) is good to have.
  • Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, or Bicep for infrastructure as code (IaC) is good to have.
  • Exposure to API-based integrations with FileNet is good to have.
