Job Description

  • Manufacturing Finance Expertise: Leverage deep technical knowledge in financial operations within a manufacturing environment, optimizing cost structures and enhancing financial performance.
  • Strategic Financial Planning: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business expansion and operational efficiency.
  • Financial Leadership: Oversee global financial operations, ensuring strong internal controls, risk management, and compliance with international accounting standards.
  • Team Development: Build and manage a high-performing global finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • IPO Readiness & Execution: Drive financial preparation and compliance for the company's planned IPO, working closely with external advisors, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
  • Fundraising & Capital Strategy: Support the CFO in fundraising efforts, including investor relations, financial structuring, and capital allocation strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Relevant Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Economics with CPA/ ACCA qualification.
  • At least 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including serving as a Senior Finance Manager or Financial Controller in an industrial manufacturing organization.
  • Experience working in a complex, multi-site, international business environment with exposure to manufacturing operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and mentor finance teams across different regions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executives, investors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Experience in a professional accounting firm on the IPO team or exposure preparing and executing an IPO is highly beneficial.
  • Good experience in fundraising, private equity, or debt financing, with a deep understanding of corporate finance and capital structuring.
