An excellent opportunity for an IBM FileNet/IBM Content Navigator (ICN )Developer to join one of the leading technology companies in the global market. This position requires deep understanding of IBM FileNet P8, IBM Content Navigator (ICN), and related technologies to design, develop, and optimize content management workflows and applications. This is a 1 year agency contract role - renewable/extendable.

Job Description

  • Design, develop, and implement IBM FileNet P8 solutions, including workflow automation, case management, and content repository management.
  • Customize and extend IBM Content Navigator (ICN) to enhance user experience and meet business requirements.
  • Develop and integrate FileNet applications with enterprise systems using Java, REST APIs, and web services.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot FileNet environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and migrations for IBM FileNet and ICN components.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and user guides.



The Successful Applicant

  • Atleast 10 years of experience in IBM FileNet P8 and IBM Content Navigator (ICN) development.
  • Worked on Java/J2EE, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs for customizing and extending FileNet and ICN.
  • Hands-on experience with IBM Content Process Engine (CPE) FileNet and ICN development.
  • Worked on Content Navigator Widget development and integration using REST API's.
  • Proficiency in SQL databases (SQL Server) for backend integration.
  • Experience with WebSphere application servers.
  • Understanding of enterprise content management (ECM) best practices, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex FileNet and ICN-related issues.
  • IBM Certified Developer - FileNet P8 and Content Navigator is good to have.
  • Experience in cloud-based ECM solutions (Azure) is good to have.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or PowerShell for automation is good to have.
