Job Description

  • Assist IT team leaders throughout the SDLC ensuring smooth execution from planning to deployment.
  • Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with IT team leaders to translate business needs to outsource Vendor and propose for solutions.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Conduct IT testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides and training materials.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure alignment of objectives.
  • Support system upgrades and integrations by assessing user needs and system capabilities.
  • Provide helpdesk support, troubleshooting IT-related issues for end-users.
  • Monitor and respond to IT service requests, ensuing timely resolution of the technical problems.
  • Collaborate with outsource Vendor to escalate and resolve complex issues.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Business Analyst should have:

  • Minimum diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in IT and project management.
  • Support experience of Salesforce CRM system (Sales/Service CRM, Experience Cloud) will be an advantage.
