About Our Client

Our client is a global FMCG leader with over 70 years of history specialising in food products. They are known for its commitment to excellence, sustainability, and continuous innovation. They have presence in more than 30 countries and are now seeking to hire a Regional Managing Director for APAC to lead and develop strategic goals for the region.

This is a perm role based in Singapore.

Job Description

You will be reporting directly to the VP based in the United States. Your main responsibilities include:



  • Strategic Leadership:
    Lead the development and implementation of strategic and operational plans to meet regional financial objectives. Drive sustainable growth by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities and optimising existing processes.


  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders from key customers and prospects to drive business growth. Identify opportunities for success while providing exceptional customer support and solutions.


  • Innovation & Technical Support:
    Oversee technical support and innovation initiatives, ensuring they align with regional market needs and contribute to product and process innovations that enhance customer satisfaction and competitive advantage.


  • Mentorship & Development:
    Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring team members to build their technical, leadership, and professional skills. Ensure the growth and development of your team through continuous coaching and feedback.



The Successful Applicant

In order to be successful in the role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.
  • At least 12 years of senior leadership experience in the FMCG industry, with a strong focus on food service and extensive regional expertise.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders, customers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and leading strategic initiatives.
