Job Description

  • Manage and develop global customer business in ASEAN region
  • Search, identify, develop prospects and convert these into loyal and profitable customers
  • Execute, develop, and improve the sales activities, related systems & tools that contribute to achieving revenue objectives and loyalty with the customer & prospect base
  • Have adequate communication with prospects and influencing companies to build sustainable business relationships
  • Cold calls in order to reach out to prospects
  • Prepare accurate bids, price quotes, meeting & sales reports
  • Follow-up on quotations, generate sales report on a regular basis
  • Maintain an accurate business forecast (Sales Pipeline) and follow up on Sales & Marketing initiatives
  • Plan and organize activities (travel, visits, meetings) required to achieve objectives
  • Actively attend meetings, training, exhibitions, seminars related

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven ability to tailor promotional and sales approaches to individual prospects by studying their product range and business strategy, and adjusting presentations and proposals accordingly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and build strong networks.
  • Strong ability to identify and prospect new leads within the assigned sales territory.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and independent working style.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Asia to meet prospects, present product offerings, and attend training sessions at headquarters 1-2 times per year.
  • Willingness to hand over newly closed deals to Customer Service and Account Management teams to focus on securing new business opportunities.
