Job Description

  • Lead APAC FP&A activities for the newly integrated business unit, covering strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Conduct complex financial modelling and scenario analysis to support investment decisions, business cases, and commercial initiatives
  • Partner closely with business unit heads and regional leaders to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and manage risks
  • Analyze cross-unit synergies and cost-saving opportunities arising from the integration
  • Develop and deliver regular management reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights for leadership
  • Support strategic initiatives such as pricing strategies, new service offerings, and regional expansion projects
  • Ensure robust financial governance and compliance with internal controls and corporate policies



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics; and relevant certifications (e.g. MBA, CA, CPA, or CFA)
  • 8-12 years of progressive FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering experience; with experience in technology or professional services sectors
  • Advanced financial modelling skills and experience evaluating business cases for investments, new initiatives, and M&A
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across regional and global teams
  • Proven ability to thrive in matrixed environments, manage complexity, and influence senior decision-makers
  • Proficiency with financial planning systems (e.g. Hyperion, SAP) and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
