Job Description

  • Supervise day-to-day payroll operations including pre-payroll setup, payroll processing, and post-payroll activities like IRAS submissions and month-end closing
  • Manage employee data updates, CPF processing, government claims, and payroll-related payments
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory requirements (IRAS, CPF, etc.)
  • Lead and coach a team of payroll staff to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and other key stakeholders to support payroll activities and business readiness
  • Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and strengthen internal controls
  • Serve as point of contact for internal/external auditors and tax agents on payroll matters
  • Provide coverage and support for payroll processing across multiple entities as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in managing high-volume, outsourced payroll operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent client management and interpersonal communication abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore's statutory payroll requirements
  • Ability to perform under pressure and deliver accurate results within tight deadlines
  • Meticulous, organized, and process-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
