Join a high growth Network Infrastructure Service Provider as a Finance Transformation Manager (SAP) to lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP Group Reporting and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) across their group of companies. About Our Client

Our client is one of the fastest-growing Network Infrastructure companies, having made strategic acquisitions and investments to emerge as a market leader in key global economic hubs across Asia and Europe. With their agile, multi-tenant business model, the team is looking for a Finance Transformation Manager to implement SAP Group Reporting and SAP Analytics Cloud for the Group to support their scaling business.

Job Description

Reporting to the Finance Transformation Director, you will:

  • Drive the end to end implementation of SAP Group Reporting (S/4HANA environment) including configuration, testing, and user training
  • Design and implementation of a standardised group financial reporting framework across entities
  • Collaborate with key finance stakeholders to define reporting needs, KPIs, and consolidation structures
  • Act as the bridge between finance teams and technical consultants to ensure business requirements are understood and translated into SAP functionalities
  • Implement SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for both financial reporting and performance management dashboards
  • Partner with IT teams and external vendors/consultants on data integration, master data governance, and system architecture
  • Track project timeline, provide solutioning support during pre and post implementation stages
  • Oversee system migration, data mapping, and reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Finance, Business, and/or Information System with at least 8 years of working experience
  • Successful track record of end to end SAP ERP implementation e.g. S4 HANA for MNCs/Conglomerates across the region
  • Combination of experience in Financial Reporting and technical understanding of data platforms, visualization tools
  • Strategic thinker with excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
