About Our Client

They have achieved record performance in past years and is now embarking on a series of digital transformation of which one key pillar of focus is in the finance processes and systems. They are now looking for a highly competent Finance Transformation Lead to drive the successful implementation of SAP S/4Hana software.

Job Description

Reporting to the Global Finance Transformation Head, you will be overseeing the implementation and maintenance of SAP ERP system, processes and master data as part of the Group's globalisation and digitisation efforts. You will be the SAP FICO Global Process Owner for the S/4Hana implementation project collaborating with various cross-functional teams. You will partner with market finance leads in streamlining, standardising and harmonizing of proccesses across different regions. You will maintain the Group's blueprint of the global SAP FICO template and be the go-to person post go-live on any change requests and trainings. You will be proactive in driving continuous improvements/upgrades as well as integration of new businesses.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should be Accounting & Finance Degree qualified with more than 5 years in managing SAP FICO projects and driving continues process improvement projects in Finance. Candidates with prior finance operations experience coupled with SAP FICO project management skills will be ideal. You possess strong communication and stakeholders management abilities and influencing skills to work with senior management team as well as operational stakeholders.
