About Our Client

My client is building up a solutions engineering team in Singapore and looking for both invidual contributor and leader for the team.

Job Description

  1. Take charge of expanding monetization efforts in the global market, ensuring strong market penetration and exceeding revenue targets.
  2. Lead a collaborative effort with sales teams to identify and qualify customer requirements for product solutions while maintaining an in-depth understanding of the SealSuite product portfolio and its competitive landscape.
  3. Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and GTM teams to ensure customer needs are effectively aligned with product capabilities.
  4. Stay updated on emerging enterprise security technologies, industry demands, and evolving threat landscapes in enterprise security to maintain a competitive edge.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering field.
  2. Solid working experience in Solution Architect or pre-sales solution engineering role in cybersecurity field.
  3. Proven track record of leading high-performing pre-sales teams in reputable product companies.
  4. In-depth understanding of the targeting market, with a strong network of customer and channel resources.
  5. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management skills.



Preferred Qualifications:

Understand the technical principles of endpoint security, remote working, zero trust, data leakage prevention, Intranet access and so on.

Comfortable with a fast-paced and ambiguous "start-up" environment.
