Job Description

  • Design, build, test, and continuously enhance security and privacy systems that support secure product infrastructure and services.
  • Evaluate user requirements and align software development with security and privacy goals, leveraging core concepts from computer science, engineering, and applied mathematics.
  • Maintain and upgrade existing software components, and lead testing and validation efforts to ensure the stability, efficiency, and scalability of globally distributed platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with diverse, international teams to align hardware and software integration, define technical standards, and meet performance benchmarks within fast-paced development cycles.
  • Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot large-scale distributed environments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Take ownership of project tasks, timelines, and deliverables, effectively managing workload and setting priorities independently.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Security Software Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols, data protection laws, and risk management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
