Job Description

  • Oversee the design, construction, and delivery of new build vessels
  • Ensure compliance with international standards and company specifications
  • Manage project budgets and timelines
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks
  • Resolve any issues or delays in the project delivery
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks
  • Provide regular project updates to the senior management

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of the transport and distribution industry
  • Proven experience in new build management, particularly in the offshore sector
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A solid understanding of international standards and regulations
  • Proficiency in risk management
