Job Description

  • Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery strategies
  • Identify potential risks and devise preventative measures
  • Conduct risk assessments to understand the severity of potential disruptions
  • Provide training and guidance to staff regarding risk management processes
  • Collaborate with the Risk & Compliance department to ensure alignment of strategies
  • Prepare reports and updates for senior management on risk management progress
  • Facilitate testing of business continuity plans
  • Stay up-to-date with current regulations and standards in the financial services industry

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of risk management and business continuity principles
  • Experience in the financial services industry
