This role requires an Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) -M365 specializing in Microsoft 365 (M365), Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune, Zscaler and Azure Cloud technologies. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated technology department, contributing their skills and knowledge to support and drive the team.This is a 12 months agency contract role - renewable/extendable.

Job Description

  • Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, M365, Zscaler and Azure Cloud solutions for various projects across the banking environment.
  • Supporting go-live and change management activities.
  • Support the delivery of modern security and cloud-based solutions across the bank's regional infrastructure.
  • Develop comprehensive technical designs and solution blueprints, ensuring alignment with regulatory and security compliance.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Zscaler with Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity management and Azure Cloud infrastructure.
  • Implementation and configuration of cloud-based security and networking services, including Zscaler for secure web gateway, Microsoft Intune for device management, and Azure AD for identity governance.
  • Oversee the deployment of M365 solutions, ensuring that Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive are properly integrated and secured within the company's infrastructure.
  • Provide deep technical expertise in troubleshooting issues related to M365, Entra ID, Intune, Zscaler, and Azure Cloud environments during project implementations and day-to-day operations.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, working with internal teams and external vendors to identify, isolate, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist in troubleshooting integration issues between the various Microsoft and Zscaler services, including network connectivity, authentication failures, and policy enforcement.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information & Digital technology or similar.
  • At least 8 years of experience in solution design, deployment, and troubleshooting in large-scale environments.
  • Worked-on in project implementations, solutioning, troubleshooting infrastructure.
  • Experience in supporting large cloud and hybrid cloud infrastructures in Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues in cloud and on-premises infrastructures.
