About Our Client

Our client is seeking a strategic and hands on Supply Planning Manager to lead and optimize the supply planning function across a diverse product portfolio.

Job Description

  • Lead the supply planning function, creating robust supply plans aligned with business forecasts and customer demand.
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution of supply plans.
  • Monitor supply performance, identify risks or gaps and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Drive improvements in supply planning accuracy, responsiveness and efficiency.
  • Implement and enhance planning tools, systems and processes to support scalability and data-driven decision making.
  • Build and maintain strong communication/ coordination between internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Lead, mentor and support a team of planners, ensuring alignment with planning objectives and operational KPIs.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-10 years of experience in supply chain planning with proven experience in managing supply planning in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
  • Experience in the FMCG, pharmaceutical or medical devices industry is a prerequisite.
