About Our Client

Our client is looking for a strategic and hands on leader to oversee end-to-end planning and inventory management.

Job Description

  • Lead supply planning and drive inventory strategies across multiple product lines.
  • Own demand forecasts, planning and supply alignment to ensure product availability.
  • Analyse inventory KPIs (turnover, fill rate, stock levels) and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing and Logistics to streamline operations.
  • Implement best-in-class planning tools, processes and reporting to scale the growth.
  • Manage and mentor a team of planners and create
  • Inventory management/control by conducting physical counts; reconciling with the data storage system.
  • Strengthening the relationship and coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-8 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management or production planning
  • Proven track record of optimizing supply operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing direct reports successfully.
  • Excel, ERP and SAP planning software proficiency is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence across teams and levels.
  • Experience in FMCG/ consumer healthcare industry is a prerequisite.
  • Operate effectively with uncertainty, ambiguity and a changing environment with a positive mindset.
