About Our Client

Our client is seeking for an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to join their greenfield pharmaceutical organization. This role will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain. This is a rare opportunity to build the function from the ground up.

Job Description

  • Lead the setup and execution of end-to-end supply chain processes for a greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
  • Design and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals, regulatory requirements and global standards.
  • Establish and manage planning, sourcing, logistics and distribution processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Engineering and Commercial teams.
  • Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team as the site scales.
  • Manage external partners, suppliers and third-party logistics providers.
  • Monitor and optimize supply chain KPIs, costs and service levels.
  • Ensure full compliance with GMP and all relevant health authority regulations.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10 - 15 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven experience in greenfield projects, new site setups or major supply chain transformations.
  • Strong understanding of GMP, regulatory standards and pharmaceutical manufacturing supply chains.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
