Job Description

- Develop a thorough understanding of our organisational culture, company history, and management principles, and how these elements shape our working practices. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

- Promote the adoption of company culture among employees and leaders by integrating cultural values into organisation-wide management training programs and systems, including recruitment, leadership development, and recognition processes.

- Evaluate and identify cultural challenges within various business teams, and proactively create, implement, and assess effective solutions to help employees, leaders, and teams embody our cultural values.

- Enhance employee's and leader's comprehension of company culture through various methods, including creating learning materials and tool kits, designing training sessions (both online and in-person), and facilitating workshops.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for this role is someone with extensive experience in HR processes, particularly in designing and implementing cultural initiatives within a global organisation. They possess strong analytical skills to assess and address cultural challenges, along with the creativity to develop practical, innovative solutions that embed culture across the employee life-cycle. This individual excels in stakeholder collaboration, communicates effectively, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They are proactive, adaptable, and passionate about driving cultural alignment and engagement within diverse, international teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in cultivating a positive culture within your own team or for a client, effectively aligning with broader business goals while maintaining high levels of employee engagement.

- Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, or executing a variety of HR and management processes, including areas like recruitment, leadership development, recognition programs, and more.

- Proven track record in creating, developing, and delivering leadership development workshops or initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experiences. The subject matter can extend beyond HR or learning and include business or technical fields.

- Experience in managing global change, project, or product initiatives, involving needs assessment, business consulting, data analysis, and stakeholder management across different regions.

- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytic and problem-solving abilities, capable of distilling complex information into clear, actionable insights.
