Job Description



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute initiatives that drive cultural transformation, aligning with business goals and enhancing employee engagement.
  • Work closely with leadership teams to shape organizational strategies that promote innovation, agility, and collaboration.
  • Design and implement change management frameworks to facilitate the adoption of new ways of working, ensuring smooth transitions across teams.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching on leadership development, talent management, and succession planning to help build a high-performance culture.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, helping employees embrace new ways of working and adapt to evolving industry trends.
  • Leverage data and insights to measure the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives and refine strategies as needed.



The Successful Applicant

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in organizational development, culture change, or talent management, ideally within a fast-paced, growing company.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles and frameworks, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing strategies that enhance employee experience, retention, and talent attraction.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset combined with hands-on experience in driving transformation through innovative programs.
