Job Description

This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and operational expertise to attract, recruit, and retain top talent that drives organization's success in the global tech market.

- Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Employee Relations, HR projects, etc.

- HRBP to business leaders, hiring managers and HR teams to align with organizational needs.

- Designing an implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.

- Ensuring a seamless candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.

- Using recruitment metrics and analytics to monitor hiring performance, improve processes, and address gaps

- Analyzing market trends to stay competitive in hiring practices and compensation structures

- Ensure company HR policies, practices and programs comply with local employment laws and provide clear interpretations to employees and managers.

- Organize events and activities to drive a positive culture across the teams and departments.

- Other ad hoc projects as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate would be someone with strong strategic vision, interpersonal skills, and deep expertise in recruitment within the tech industry. - Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in high-growth technology companies or global organizations.

- Strong understanding of cloud computing, IT and technology industry trends.

- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management.
