The SEA HR Manager will be responsible for shaping and driving the human resources strategy and operations across the South East Asia region. The role involves managing all aspects of human resources, including HR business partnering, talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.

  • Focus on both HR operations and strategy at the Regional level.

Job Description

  • Shape and drive the HR strategy across the SEA region
  • Manage all aspects of HR including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals
  • Drive talent management and succession planning processes
  • Foster a positive and inclusive company culture
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations



The Successful Applicant

A successful SEA HR Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of HRBP experience in a fast paced work environment, preferably within the Entertainment, Media or Tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HRBP and TA with regional exposure.
  • Experience dealing with change initiatives and agility to work in an unstructured environment.
