Job Description

  • Oversee full spectrum HR function for Singapore that align with the company's objectives.
  • Manage payroll, benefits and tax filing for the local employees and expat management.
  • Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Report to C-suite management and support in HR decision making.
  • Participate in ad hoc regional and global HR projects and liaise with the HQ in Europe.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should be:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience in HR Business partnering and payroll management, with preference for Healthcare industry background.
  • Competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
