Job Description

  • Drive strategic HR initiatives and operations within the medical department.
  • Provide expert HR advisory services to the medical team.
  • Implement talent management and succession planning strategies.
  • Work closely with other HR teams to align departmental goals with company objectives.
  • Develop and maintain effective HR policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRBP should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in Human Resources with a focus on the medical se
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
