Job Description



  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and provide recruitment best practices.


  • Utilize various sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to attract top talent.


  • Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.


  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience.


  • Oversee and improve the onboarding process, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.


  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements


  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data for future use.


  • Track recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.


  • Promote employer branding to attract high-quality talent.


  • Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and negotiate contracts.


  • Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions affecting recruitment.


  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance recruitment efficiency.



The Successful Applicant

  • Has 3 years of in-house recruitment experience within similar industries
  • Posseses strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
  • Skilled in working independently, taking proactive actions, and effectively prioritizing tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a strong sense of organization and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities to identify issues, spot trends, and devise solutions.
  • Resilient, structured, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools such as ATS.
  • Familiar with labour regulations in Singapore, Malaysia, and Taiwan is an advantage.
