The company operates multiple production facilities worldwide and is publicly listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It is looking to continue expanding its global presence in the plant-based food industry.

Job Description

1. HR Operations & Compliance - Oversee payroll, employee records, and HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Manage the end-to-end hiring process, working with department heads to attract and retain talent.
3. Performance Management & Employee Development - Support performance reviews, training programs, and career development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement - Handle workplace issues, foster a positive company culture, and implement employee engagement activities.
5. HR Strategy & Business Partnering - Assist in shaping HR strategies aligned with business goals, supporting organisational growth and transformation.
