This is a Hong Kong based multinational specialising in plant-based beverages and food products which are popular across international markets. The company operates multiple production facilities worldwide and is publicly listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It is looking to continue expanding its global presence in the plant-based food industry.

Job Description

1. HR Operations & Compliance - Oversee payroll, employee records, and HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Manage the end-to-end hiring process, working with department heads to attract and retain talent.
3. Performance Management & Employee Development - Support performance reviews, training programs, and career development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement - Handle workplace issues, foster a positive company culture, and implement employee engagement activities.
5. HR Strategy & Business Partnering - Assist in shaping HR strategies aligned with business goals, supporting organisational growth and transformation.
