Job Description

  • Manage the concept design requirements and development
  • Appointment of relevant consultants to work on the projects
  • Ensuring all projects comply with industry regulations and company standards
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks
  • Developing and managing project budgets
  • End to end management till completion of the projects
  • Strong understanding and experience working with the relevant governmental authorities for the necessary approvals during each phase of the project

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
  • At least 10 years' recent experience in managing similar development projects in Japan
  • Experience in managing consultants, governmental authorities in Japan
