My client is a well-established enterprise with a strong track record in urban infrastructure and large-scale construction projects. They are currently expanding their presence in Singapore, bringing their expertise in civil engineering, transport infrastructure, and urban development to support upcoming projects in the region.

Job Description

  • Support the team in bid preparation and tender participation.


  • Oversee daily site operations to ensure alignment with project goals.


  • Execute and track project schedules, addressing any deviations to maintain compliance and timelines.


  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site teams effectively.


  • Ensure construction activities are performed in accordance with approved plans, schedules, and budget constraints.


  • Monitor workmanship quality and ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.


  • Perform routine site inspections to identify risks or delays and implement corrective measures.


  • Manage resources such as materials and equipment to ensure efficient usage and minimal downtime.


  • Communicate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to provide regular project updates.


  • Stay updated on local safety and construction regulations.


  • Enforce strict on-site safety protocols and promote safe and organized construction practices.


  • Prepare and deliver accurate progress reports and relevant documentation to the project management team.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Electrical & Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
  • 8 years+ of experience in site management for large-scale construction projects, airport/ sport stadium project experience would be an advantage


  • Demonstrated leadership in managing site teams, stakeholder coordination, and overseeing project timelines and budgets.


  • Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building regulations.


  • Skilled in interpreting and executing technical drawings and construction plans.


  • Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.


  • Experienced in managing construction timelines, budgets, and resource planning.
