Job Description

  • Manage the project remotely from Singapore, ensuring seamless coordination across international teams.
  • Develop and oversee technical scopes, process engineering specifications, and infrastructure requirements based on design plans.
  • Align structural, mechanical, and process system designs with US industry standards, safety regulations, and chemical plant compliance requirements.
  • Evaluate site-specific risks, including hazardous material handling, explosion prevention, and environmental impact factors.
  • Translate and interpret key engineering documents, facilitating knowledge transfer for process technology, equipment, and operational best practices.
  • Lead and participate in the construction tender process, including contractor prequalification, bid evaluation, and project execution planning.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local chemical industry regulations by coordinating with US engineering firms and regulatory bodies.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related field) with relevant project management experience.
  • Experience in chemical plant design, construction, or process engineering is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with international construction standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
